This place has excellent quality and is a fantastic spot with a spacious, clean room featuring a balcony; the staff is professional and efficient, allowing for early check-in, making it the perfect base for celebrating a birthday.

The breakfasts were large and unique with olives, muesli plus cheese, couldn’t ask for anything better. The location was stunning, at a short distance from Wenceslas Square.

It was in a central setting in the centre of Prague. Moreover, it's close to trams & trains, and metro station on red line.

The room was spotlessly clean with fresh white bedding and towels. I loved the fact that there was a 3/4 bathtub in the room, adding an extra touch of luxury. The breakfast here was absolutely amazing, exceeding all my expectations. It felt like having breakfast at a 5-star hotel in North America. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

They just had a confort on the bed, which was toooo hot for this time of the year and the room had no air conditioning!

our recent stay in prague this summer was amazing, and Raffaello made it even better! The location was perfect, close to the main square and public transportation. The hotel was clean, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic christmas with traditional and delicious breakfast. The hotel had indeed a great and pleasant location to Castle other castle.

The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. The location was also great, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby dining options.

The breakfast selection wasn't the best and lacked hot items. the overall hotel experience didn't quite meet expectations, with some issues regarding room amenities and noise levels.

This is non-qualified 4-star hotel. 1St thing is the stair case and lift system. Can't get directly to every room and even the receptionist. Can only reach there by stair case. Don't understand the meaning of lift. 1St night, no air-condition. 2Nd day, never change towels and clean properly. I have skin problem after 2 days stay. And few more points that make us so disappointed with this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and did try to ensure your stay was comfortable. The room was clean. The water was very hot in the bathroom, often a problem for hotels. You could book tours, days out at the reception desk which was good because we knew that the booking would be safe and confirmed and we did not know the area.

The control of room temperatures was poor, it was very humid and did not appear to have air conditioning. The television channel selection was poor a 4 star international hotel should offer sky. The traffic and general level of noise was loud to the point of intolerable in the night and early morning. The breakfast offered in the room price was frankly appalling and needs drastic improvements to be made asap. The food was dry and was not presented attractively, the choice of hot food on offer was poor. We only went down for breakfast once. It was the only time that the staff were not up to scratch. The location was not as we understood from the description, the site we booked on described it as being in Wencelas Square and it is not.

Amicable staff and absolutely perfect location close to the national museum, everything was good. Location: the hotel was so close to the square about a 5/10 minute walk and night bus to the airport. It was within walking distance of Dustys Burger, where you can have lunch.

Value for money was great at Hotel Raffaello! The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice ambiance. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.
